Sunny Coast Rude Boys bring sun-soaked swagger and high-energy groove straight from the Sunshine Coast, serving up a feel-good blend of ska, reggae, rocksteady and old-school rude boy soul. Built for dancefloors and sweaty sing-alongs, their live shows are all sharp suits, sharp horns and even sharper rhythms – the kind that grab you by the hips and don’t let go.
Rooted in classic Jamaican ska, rocksteady and two-tone, with a healthy splash of Aussie larrikin energy, the Rude Boys bring cheek, charm and chaos in equal measure. Every set is a full-body workout: skanking shoes mandatory, cold drinks recommended.
