- Our brand has had a 'refresh'. The new look logo has been designed to be clean and simple with an emphasis placed on the link in Ticketlink.
- The new site is designed to have the same user experience regardless of what device you are using whether desktop, tablet or phone.
What HASN'T changed?
- All existing Ticketlink accounts remain the same.
- We are still using the same ticketing software.
- We are still operated by Cairns Regional Council.
- All our services remain the same.

- Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Non-refundable.
How to buy a voucher
- Online, choosing a fixed value gift voucher of $20, $50 or $100 value.
- Online, choosing your own dollar value gift voucher.
- By phone on 1300 855 835.
- In person at the Ticketlink box office.
Voucher delivery methods
- By standard mail.
- By email.
- Collect at the Ticketlink box office.
Redeeming a voucher
- May be redeemed online, by phone or in person.
- The full value of the voucher does not have to be used in a single transaction; the remaining balance will be issued as a new gift voucher for future use.
- If tickets cost more than the value of a gift voucher simply make the additional payment using your credit/debit card or cash.
