How to PurchaseTickets
What are my options for purchasing tickets?
All bookings must be secured by immediate payment. Unpaid reservations are not available.
All requests received will be processed in order of receipt, and will be allocated the next best seat available at that time.
Internet
You can purchase tickets online from this website by charging them to your credit card (Mastercard or Visa Card only).
CHOOSE YOUR OWN SEATS is now available for all allocated seat performances.
To use this facility you will need to have Microsoft Silverlight installed on your computer, which is a very quick, easy download. Not sure if this is already installed? Simply go to an allocated seat event on this website (such as a Civic Theatre event), click to buy tickets (even if you don't want to purchase for this particular event!) At the next screen click the button next to 'I want to choose my own seats' and then 'Continue'. If Silverlight is installed you will be taken to the seating plan to choose seats (you can then cancel out if you don't actually want to buy seats for this show!). If Silverlight is not installed, simply follow the prompts that will appear. It's as simple as that, and you only have to do it once.
Tickets purchased early will be posted to you. Tickets booked within 5 working days of the event will generally be available for your collection at the venue box office 1 hour prior to the event.

We accept Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa), Cash, EFTPOS. Cheque or Money Order (made payable to Ticketlink). (Personal Cheques cannot be accepted within 5 working days of a performance)
Phone Bookings
You can purchase tickets by phone charging them to your credit card by calling 1300 855 835.
We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Tickets purchased early will be posted to you. Tickets booked within 5 working days of the event will be available for your collection at the venue box office 1 hour prior to the event. We will not accept a booking made on another person's card. This ensures security for your tickets and helps guard against fraudulent use of your card.
Door Sales
You can purchase tickets on the day/night of performances at the venue from one hour prior to the performance. Please remember that we cannot guarantee you tickets or your preferred seating at this time.
Mail Order
Write to us, at 'ticketLiNK, PO Box 359, Cairns Qld 4870', with your ticket order, enclosing a cheque or money order (made payable to Ticketlink). Tickets purchased early will be mailed to you.
Agencies
For your convenience, ticketLiNK has agencies throughout North Queensland. Our agents will process your payment. Tickets will be available for your collection from the venue box office 1 hour prior to the event.
An additional fee per ticket is applicable at Agencies. Please refer to Outlets & Agencies for full details of our agent nearest to you.
