What are my options for purchasing tickets?
All bookings must be secured by immediate payment. Unpaid reservations are not available.
All requests received will be processed in order of receipt, and will be allocated the next best seat available at that time.

fair practice and at the discretion of the event promoter.
Tickets are sold subject to the conditions printed on the ticket (front & reverse) and in accordance with the "Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Entertainment in Australia." For a copy click here.

ticketLiNK accepts the following methods of payment:
Cash, EFTPOS. Credit Card (Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa & Amex), Cheque
or Money Order (made payable to Cairns City Council).
(Personal Cheques cannot be accepted within 5 working days of a performance)
You can purchase tickets by phone charging them to your
credit card by calling (07) 4031 9555.
We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa and Amex.
Tickets purchased early will be posted to you. Tickets booked within 5
working days of the event will be available for your collection at the
venue box office 1 hour prior to the event. We will not accept a booking
made on another person's card. This ensures security for your tickets
and helps guard against fraudulent use of your card.
You can purchase tickets on the day/night of performances at the venue from one hour prior to the performance. Please remember that we cannot guarantee you tickets or your preferred seating at this time.
Write to us, at PO Box 359, Cairns Qld 4870, with your ticket order, enclosing a cheque or money order (made payable to Cairns City Council). Tickets purchased early will be mailed to you.
Fax your ticket order to us on 07 4031 3102, quoting your credit card details. Tickets purchased early will be mailed to you.
For your convenience, ticketLiNK has agencies throughout North Queensland. Our agents will process your payment. Tickets will be available for your collection from the venue box office 1 hour prior to the event.
An additional fee per ticket is applicable at Agencies. Please refer to Outlets/Agencies for full details of our agent nearest to you.
