TicketLiNK is a fully computerised, dedicated ticketing outlet, located right inside the foyer of the Cairns Civic Theatre. TicketLiNK offers you, and your attendees, a complete service. Not only do we sell tickets for any sort of entertainment, event or sport, but we also have agents in Atherton, Mareeba, Babinda and Innisfail, where tickets are available to ensure you get the best possible attendance and the highest possible profile for your event.

TicketLiNK is staffed by friendly, service oriented professionals. TicketLiNK is easy for customers to reach, and there is display space available within the ticketing office itself for appropriate posters and handbills. TicketLiNK operates on a very competitive commission basis for ticket sales, and we want to ticket your event. We're ready to provide you with a service second to none.

Our ProVenueMax Ticketing System is a reliable ticketing system, which provides you with "up-to-the-minute" sales figures and has the ability to maintain a comprehensive database of all customers. Security at your event is of the utmost importance. TicketLiNK's computer generated tickets are sequentially numbered and have a holographic tamper proof foil to guard against the use of fraudulent reproductions and misuse.

Easy access to the ticket office, for your potential customers. With TicketLiNK's convenient Civic Theatre location, there's no parking problem, no difficulty getting to pick up tickets. Customers also have the added convenience of paying by Credit Card (including Amex) or EFTPOS.

Agents also provide a service to out of town customers. TicketLiNK has agencies in Atherton, Mareeba, Babinda and Innisfail.

Additionally there's our Telephone Booking Service. Tickets are posted to the customer- it’s so easy!
